chest: about 14.5 inches
body length: about 9.5 inches

3 balls was more than enough (about 250 yards total, not including swatching)
Techniques:
Excellent cast-off: Vogue decrease bind-off (CO from right side)
Shoulder seaming: leave long tail at sleeve edge to use for seam; connect "smile" on front to "V (over a smile)" on back, from the right side
